Big Ass Fans welcomes Kimberly Eubank as Chief Digital Information Officer

kimberly-pressLexington, Ky., March 13, 2023 – Big Ass Fans, a leading provider of high-quality airflow solutions, announced today the hiring of Kimberly Eubank as the company's first Chief Digital Information Officer. In this role, Kimberly will be responsible for leading the company's digital transformation efforts to significantly enhance the customer experience.

"Kimberly has already been working with BAF for many months in a consulting role to help develop a picture of our current digital state and will now join the company on a part-time basis to help us jump start our Digital Transformation program," said Ken Walma, CEO of Big Ass Fans. "Kimberly and her team will focus on moving Big Ass Fans forward on this digital transformation journey to significantly enhance the customer experience."

Kimberly brings a wealth of experience leading businesses through the digital transformation process. Most recently, she served as the Head of Customer Experience for Cooper Lighting Solutions, where she oversaw the company's digital transformation efforts for North American businesses. Prior to Cooper, Kimberly was the Senior Vice President – Digital Efficiency for SunTrust Bank.

Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
